Welcome to Cardso ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices of MARIOCART ("we", "us", or "our") regarding our Flutter mobile application.

Authentication & Account Data: Through Firebase Authentication, we collect login details which may include your email address, password, or third-party authentication tokens (e.g., Google or Apple Sign-In).
Profile & Operational Data: Through Firebase Firestore, we store user-generated profile information, preferences, app settings, and transaction configurations.
User-Generated Content & Media: Through Firebase Cloud Storage, we store photos, images, audio files, or other media files that you choose to upload directly to the App.
Payment & Advertising Billing Information: For premium users purchasing advertisements within the App, we or our third-party payment processors may collect billing names, billing addresses, credit card numbers, or other payment instrument tokens to process transactions securely.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:
To facilitate account creation, management, and authentication processes.
To deliver and facilitate the delivery of services, including custom user preferences and content storage.
To process premium feature upgrades and manage advertising campaigns requested by corporate or individual premium users.

Google Firebase Services: Data is securely processed and hosted via Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Storage under Google’s robust data protection standards.
Payment Processors & Ad Gateways: When you subscribe as a premium user or fund advertisement delivery, your payment details are securely routed to authorized third-party transaction gateways.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable local laws, governmental requests, or judicial proceedings.
4. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, leveraging the state-of-the-art infrastructure of Google Firebase. However, please remember that no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
